Since 2007, Rock Academy NC, under the leadership of Anne Coombs and in conjunction with the Give to the Music Foundation, has provided Asheville area teens with the chance to grow and perform as musicians on real stages, playing real music for real audiences. Anne’s commitment to never turn a child away has resulted in a unique and special community of young musicians and friends.
Now, our students have the incredible opportunity to play on one their biggest stages yet: main stage at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland on June 15th, 2016. This will be a once-in-a-lifetime event for these talented kids, and we need YOUR help to make it happen! Click on the link above to our Go Fund Me page to make a donation.

7th Annual Rock Academy Benefit for Give to the Music
Give To The Music.
Since our March 2011 inception we have raised well over $100,000. We have funded over 225 students for private lessons, performance classes and summer camps and gifted over 60 instruments to children attending Music Academy, Rock Academy, local high schools and other nonprofit organizations.
Read some of our success stories, find out more about how Give To The Music makes a difference in these kids lives, and then please Give To The Music.
Give To The Music students participate in a wide variety of performances throughout the year. From the parks to the stage at the Orange Peel, our students are bringing new life and new vibrancy to the already outstanding Western north Carolina music scene!
Nothing coming up soon, but follow us on Facebook to keep up on everything we are working on in 2015.
